1. 2 Tablespoons Hot Chili Powder
2. 2 Whole Eggs Lightly Beaten
3. 4 Pounds Chicken Wings Approximately 15
4. Oil For Frying
5. ½ Cup Boiling Water
6. 1-tablespoon Cumin
7. 2 Tablespoons Ketchup 1½ Tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce
8. 1-teaspoon Oregano
9. 1-teaspoon Salt
10. ½ Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation:
mix The Chili Powder, Cumin, Oregano, Salt And Pepper Together With The Boiling Water.
Stir To Make A Chili Paste.
Stir In The Ketchup And Pepper Sauce.
Set Aside To Cool Slightly.
Place The Eggs In A Large Dish, And Stir In The Chili Paste.
Mix Well.
Put The Trimmed Wings In The Spice Egg Mixture.
Toss Thoroughly.
The Wings Should Soak In The Marinade For Several Hours In The Refrigerator; The Longer They Marinate The Spicer They Will Be.
Heat An Inch Of Oil In A Frying Pan To Very Hot.
Fry The Wings In Batches For About Eight Minutes, Flipping Once During Cooking.
Be Sure Not To Crowd The Pan.
