butter. . . . . 25g/1oz Garlic Cloves, Crushed. . . . 2 Anchovy Paste. . . . .2 Tbsp Black Pepper Pitted Black Olives, Sliced. . . .75g/3oz Capers. . . . .2 Tbsp Tin Chopped Tomatoes. . . . .1 X 400g/14oz Fresh Parsley, Chopped. . . . .1 Tbsp
Preparation:

melt The Butter In A Large Saucepan Add The Garlic And Sauté Gently Until Softened.
Add The Anchovy Paste And Cook For A Further 1-2 Minutes.
Stir In The Remaining Ingredients, Partially Cover And Simmer For 5-7 Minutes.
Serve Immediately With Pasta Or Gnocchi.
