Egg. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Salt. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Tsp. Pepper. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1/8 Tsp. Potato. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Lemon Juice. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Tbsp. Lemon Rind. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .little Lettuce Leaves. . . . . . . . .to Serve Oil. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . To Cook
Preparation:
Boil A Medium Sized Potato, Remove Skin And Mash With Fork.
Add Pepper, Salt, Lemon Juice And Lemon Rind. Hard Boil An Egg.
Remove The Shell And Cover It With Mashed Potato.
Apply Beaten Egg On It.
Roll On Crumbs And Deep Fry In Medium Hot Fat Till Golden Brown From All Sides.
Cut Into Two Halves Cross Wise.
Serve On A Green Bed Of Lettuce Leaves.
