What is Contract of Employment?

Contract of Employment — An agreement between an employer and an employee. A contract of employment is enforceable by law and sets out the conditions and terms under which the employee is hired. Salary, benefits, working hours, etc., should all be outlined in the contract. Sometimes also known as an 'Employment Contract' or just 'Contract'
