What is Job Application?

Having submitted a CV, many organizations now request that you also complete their own application form. Sometimes this is necessary in order to be offered an interview, other times the request will be made prior to an arranged interview. In the latter case, the completed application form will have to be delivered at the interview. Even though some of the questions (sometimes all) will already have been covered in the job seeker's CV, it's important he or she completes the application carefully and meticulously.
