What is Luminance Noise Reduction (YNR)?

Luminance Noise Reduction (YNR) — In the event of weak signal conditions, YNR reduces video noise (commonly known as "snow") in the picture. Through the menu, an on-screen indicator lets you know if the feature is on or off. For maximum picture detail on a good quality video, YNR should be turned off.
