What is Tollsaver?

Tollsaver — With the ring delay switch set to toll saver, an incoming call is answered on the fourth ring, if no previous messages have been received, and on the second ring otherwise. This feature tells the user if there are no recorded messages, and the user simply hangs up before the fourth ring.
