What is Frittata?
Frittata — An Italian omelette usually made quite thick with a variety of fillings, such potatoes, mushrooms, courgettes, ham, cheese, and so on. Unlike a French omelette, the ingredients are mixed with the eggs rather than being folded inside them. The frittata is cut into wedges and eaten hot or cold. It's similar to a Spanish omelette, or tortilla.
