What is Loganberry?
Loganberry — A hybrid between a blackberry and raspberry, the loganberry is a large soft dark-red berry, a little bigger than a raspberry. It has a less subtle flavour than a raspberry and can be quite tart, so needs plenty of sugar when used in desserts.
