What is Profiterole?

Profiterole — A small bun made with choux pastry, filled with crème pâtissière and dipped in melted chocolate. A croquembouche is a traditional French wedding cake consisting of a cone-shaped tower of profiteroles glazed in caramel rather than chocolate. It’s also possible to make savoury profiteroles, usually with a creamy fish or shellfish filling.
