What is Sea bream?

Sea bream — A firm-fleshed white fish. There are numerous species available, known by a variety of names, which can be confusing. Sea bream is sold whole or as fillets. It has succulent flesh that's ideal for grilling, baking and frying. Red snapper or sea bass make good substitutes.
