What is Unqualified Opinion?
Unqualified Opinion — An unqualified opinion is an accounting legal term that should be compared with the concept of a Qualified Opinion. An unqualified opinion is an auditor's opinion on a company's financial condition and position that is made without reservation and with apparent full information, i.e., without any qualification.
