Cleanup Greasy Dishes

Out of baking powder?
Try substituting 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon cream or tartar for each teaspoon of baking powder. As soon as your batter is mixed, get it in the oven (the ingredients activate quickly).
