				   Ingredients: 
						Preparation:                  
                  	Cut Meat Into Thin Slices.Lean Beef. . . . . .400 G (13 ½ Oz) 
Sweet Soy Sauce. . . . . .4 Tbs 
Corn Starch. . . . . . 2 Tbs 
Oil. . . . .2 Tbs 
Balsimico Vinegar. . . . . .2 Ts 
Sherry. . . . . 3 Tbls 
Brown Sugar Or White Sugar. . . . 2 Tsp 
Salt 
Oil. . . . . 4 Tbs 
Sesame Oil. . . . . .2 Ts
 Mix It With Soy Sauce And Some Oil.
 Add Cornstarch And Knead The Meat With The Soy Sauce And Oil Mixture.
 Mix Soy Sauce With Balsamico Vinegar, Sherry, Sugar And Salt.
 Heat 4 Tbls Of Oil In A Wok Or Large Pan.
 Add Meat And Stirfry Some Minutes.
 Add Soy Sauce Mixture And Let Cook Until Smooth.
