1 Pound Round Steak
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 Onion, Sliced
1 (10.75-ounce) Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
½ Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Prepared Brown Mustard
1. Slice Round Steak Into Thin Strips. 2. In A Large Skillet Heat Oil Over Medium Heat.
Add Steak And Brown, Stirring Often; Remove And Set Aside. 3. Add Sliced Mushrooms And Sliced Onion To The Skillet; Cook Until Tender.
Add Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Water, And Prepared Brown Mustard.
Bring To A Boil, Return Beef To Mix And Heat Throughly.
