½ Cup Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
¾ Pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, Cut Into 1-inch Strips
1 (8-ounce) Jar Crosse & Blackwell® Apple Curry Chutney
¼ Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
¼ Teaspoon Salt
Hot Cooked Rice For Accompaniment
heat Oil In Large Skillet Over Medium-high Heat.
Add Onion And Garlic; Cook For 1 To 2 Minutes.
Add Chicken; Cook, Stirring Frequently, For 4 To 5 Minutes Or Until Chicken Is No Longer Pink.
Stir In Chutney, Yogurt, Curry Powder And Salt.
Cook For 1 To 2 Minutes Or Until Heated Through.
Serve Over Rice.
