						Preparation:                  
                  	1.fry Chopped Ginger With Green Chilies For 1 Or 2 Minutes.- Fresh Coconut, Grated 2 Tbsps. 
- Ginger ½ Inch Piece 
- Green Chilies 3 Nos.
- Thick Tamarind (imli) Extract 1 Tbsp.  
- Jaggery  As Per Taste 
- Salt As Required
For Seasoning
- Mustard Seeds 1 /4 Tsp 
- Oil 2 Tsps
 2.grind It With Coconut, Salt And Jaggery.
 3.heat Oil, Add Mustard And Pour Tamarind Extract With Ground Paste.
 4.stir Well For 1 Or 2 Minutes, Serve.
