			         Ingredients: 
						Preparation:                  
                  	Soak Pista In Water For 30 Minutes.100g Pista
75g Powdered Sugar
4 Drops Rose Essence
¼ Tsp Cardamom Powder
1 Silver Sheet For Decoration
 Drain Water And Grind To A Fine Paste.
 Mix The Pista And Sugar Well.
 Cook In A Pan On A Slow Flame And Keep Stirring For 7-8 Minutes.
 When The Mixture Thickens And Leaves The Sides Of The Pan, Remove From Fire And Mix In The Essence.
 Transfer The Mixture Onto A Greased Rolling Pan, Sprinkle Cardamom Powder And Press The Silver Sheet Over It.
 Cut Them Into Diamond Shaped Pieces.
 You can serve with your family and friends.
