Ingredients:
						
500 Gms Potatoes, Peeled And Cut Into 4 Pieces 100 Gms Paneer, Grated Small Pice Of Ginger, Finely Chopped 3 Tbsp Cashews 1-2 Small Bunches Of Coriander Leaves 1-2 Small Bunches Of Mint Leaves 8-10 Green Chilies 2 Tsp Amchur (dry Mango) Powder Salt To Taste Oil For Frying
Preparation:
Scoop Out The Middle Portion Of The Potatoes With A Spoon And Deep Fry In Hot Oil Until Golden Brown.
Mix Well, Grated Paneer, Cashews, Chopped Ginger, Few Coriander Leaves, 2-3 Chopped Green Chilies In A Mixing Bowl And Stuff In The Scooped Portions Of Potatoes.
Keep Aside.
Mix Remaining Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves And Blend Them In A Mixer To A Fine Chutney.
Add Amchur Powder To This And Mix Well.
Heat Oil In A Pan And Add The Above Chutney.
Fry For A While And Add The Stuffed Potatoes.
Cover And Cook For 15 Minutes Or Until The Potatoes Are Tender.
Serve Hot With Chapaties. Serves: 4 Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
