			         Ingredients: 
						Preparation:                  
                  	Peel And Finely Chop The Cucumber.½ Kg Cucumbers
½ Tsp Salt
A Small Lump Of Tamarind
½ Tsp Oil
A Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
Few Coriander Leaves
For Seasoning:
½ Tsp Urad Dal
A Pinch Of Asafoetida
½ Tsp Mustard Seeds
3 Red Chilies
¼ Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
3 Green Chilies
 Mix With Salt And Turmeric In A Bowl, Set Aside For 15 Minutes And Then Squeeze Out The Excess Water.
 Heat Oil In A Pan And Fry Seasoning Ingredients.
 Grind The Fried Ingredients Along With The Tamarind For 3 Minutes Till A Fine Paste Is Obtained.
 Mix The Paste And The Chopped Cucumber Till Well Combined.
 Serve The Chutney Garnished With Chopped Coriander Leaves.
