			         Ingredients: 
						Preparation:                  
                  	Pour The Milk Into A Pan & Boil.Walnuts 1 Cup
Milk 1 Litre
Sugar 1 Cup 
Lemon Juice Of Half A Lemon
Nutmeg Powder
Elaichi
Yogurt 3tbs
 Then Add 4-5 Drops Of Lemon Juice & 3 Tbs Yogurt.
 Mix Well.
 Take Off Heat & Put Lid On The Pan For 7-8 Mins.
 Then Strain The Mixture.
 Make Sure That You Get Rid Of All The Liquid & Retain The Solid.it Will Resemble Khoya.
 Put The Khoya In A Pan.
 Add ½ Tsp Elaichi Powder & ½ Tsp Nutmeg Powder.add Sugar.
 Cook Till All Water Dries.mix Well.
 Add The Walnuts (either Slightly Crushed Or Whole).
 Mix Well.cool Slightly & Dish Out.
