			         Ingredients: 
						Preparation:                  
                  	1-mix All The Dry Ingredients And Add Water Slowly And Mix.1 Cup Atta Flour 
1 Cup Besan Flour 
2 Tab Spoon Ghee (clarified Butter) 
1 Tab Spoon Dry Methi (fenugreek) Leaves 
½ Tsp Cumin Seeds 
¼ Tsp Turmeric (mainly For Colour Effect) 
A Pinch Of Asafoetida Powder 
Salt To Taste
 2-add Enough Water To Make A Dough.
 3-let The Dough Stand For At Least ½ Hour But Cover With A Damp Cloth To Prevent Drying Out.
 4-divide And Make 7-8 Balls.
 Roll Each Ball Into A Round Disk About 5” In Diameter.
 5-cook On A Hot Tawa( Wrought Iron Steel Plate).
 6-shallow Fry With Ghee On Both Sides When It Is Nearly Cooked.
