Ingredients:
						
Meat. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .½ Kg Curd. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Cup Onion. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 Big Potato. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Big Tomatoes. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2 Big Salt. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Tsp Red Chilies. . . . . . . . . . . .. 1 ½ Tsp Garam Masala . . . . . . . . .. 1 ½ Tsp Papaya . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2-3 Pieces Ghee . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .½ Cup Dry Coriander (grinded) . . .. 1 Tsp Ginger Paste . . . . . . . . . .. 1 Tbsp
Preparation:
Wash The Meat. Put Salt, Red Chilies, Garm Masala, Ginger Paste, Coriander And Papaya Pieces In The Curd And Mix It. Apply This Mixture To The Meat. Keep It For 4-5 Hours Or One Night In The Refrigerator. Cut Onion, Potato And Tomato In Square. Take Small Metal Skewer And Put Meat, Onion, Potato And Tomatoes On It In The Manner Of Meat, Onion, Potato, Tomato, Repeat The Sequence. Put These Skewers In The Pressure Cooker Along With Little Onion, Tomato And Potato, Add ½ Cup Water In The Cooker, And Cook It For 10-15 Minutes After 10-15 Minutes Open The Cooker. When Meat Gets Tender And Water Dries, Add Ghee And Fry For 5 Minutes. Do Not Use Spoon. Tikkas Are Ready.
