What is Flexi-Time?

Flexi-Time — Some employers make it possible for employees to choose their own working hours as long as they're in the office between set times. If, for example, the flexi-time is 7am - 9pm and employees are expected to work 8 hours per day (including lunch and other breaks), an employee may be in the office between 8am - 4pm or 11am - 7pm.
