- EXPRESS AGREEMENT
- An oral or written contract in which the parties state the contract's terms and express their intentions in words.
- Express Warranty
- A specific statement of guarantee as to some product or thing, such that it is actionable if the item fails to conform to the expression. An express warranty is to be contrasted with the implied warranty.
