• Water. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .¾ Cup

How to make Chocolate Pudding Cake

1. Have butter and eggs at room temperature.Combine all ingredients on large bowl of electric mixer, beat on medium speed 4 minutes or until mixture is smooth.Pour mixture into well greased 20cm ring, bake in moderate oven about 40 minutes.
2. Turn cake onto wire rack.Serve warm as a dessert with custard or cream or ice-cream, or serve cold as you would a cake.
