Banana Cookie Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

• Bananas ripe peel mashed . . . . . . 2
• Chocolate sandwich cookies . . . . . 10
• Vanilla ice cream . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 qt
• Chocolate syrup . . . . . . . . . . . . . ¼ cup
• Additional chocolate syrup . . . . . . 1 qt
• Banana slices . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5
• Maraschino cherries . . . . . . . . . . 10

How to make Banana Cookie Ice Cream

1. Fold bananas and cookies into ice cream in large bowl.
2. Pour into an 8" square pan.
3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
4. Run knife through mix to make swirls.
5. Cover; freeze until firm.
6. To serve, scoop into sundae glasses.
7. Top with additional chocolate sauce, banana slices and maraschino cherries.
