  1. Add 1 scoop ice cream and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup to each tall glass.Stir until just combined but stillfrozen.Pour about ¼ cup root beer down side of each glass.
  2. Add 2 scoops ice cream and pour enough root bee to top glass with foam.
