Chicken . . . . . . . . . 6-8pieces Fresh Figs . . . . . . . 1lb Juice Of Lemon . . . . 1large Salt And Pepper . . . To Taste Fresh Parsley . . . . . 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar . . . . . 100g Vinegar . . . . . . . . 100ml Dry White Wine . . . 100ml
Preparation:
Place The Juice Of The Lemon In A Large Bowl With The Sugar, Chicken And Wine.
Set Aside For A Minimum Of 1 Hour, Preferably Overnight.place The Figs, Marinated Chicken And Parsley In A Baking Dish And Bake In A Preheated Oven At 200c For 45 Min, Or Until The Chicken Is Cooked.
Serve With Cous Cous Or Rice.
